Who this page is for 💡

You're curious about:

  • sugar-free cakes (without industrial sugar)
  • meat-based meals
  • changing your health by changing what you eat

Then this page is for you.

Everyone is free to eat the way they want.

Here you simply get a different option – grounded in the NL BIO-LOGISCH theory by NEXT LEVEL, backed by studies and over a year of personal experience.

On this page you'll find:

  • my core health & food philosophy
  • what I do and what I refuse to do (no supplements, no vitamin pills)
  • why I focus on natural, minimally processed foods
  • how I think about hydration through food, not through constant water drinking

My core philosophy 🤓

Everyone is free to eat as they choose

I do not tell anyone what they "must" eat. You can be plant-based, mixed eater, meat lover, experimenter – and still use this page as a source of ideas and inspiration.

What I offer is a coherent alternative: food built on the NL BIO-LOGISCH theory, real-world studies and self-experiments.

I'm a real food nerd

I love food: taste, texture, juiciness, heavy satisfying meals, and playful desserts that are still biologically reasonable. I am a food nerd who reads studies, digs into theory, and tests everything in my own kitchen and daily life.

This combination – theory + studies + lived experience – is what shapes every recommendation you'll find here.

Water Quiz - Hydration and Nutrition Truths

Water is essential for life, but is it really toxic? In this engaging quiz, we'll explore the surprising truths about hydration and nutrition that everyone should know.

The foundation: NL BIO-LOGISCH + evidence 🧬

Everything I do is built on three pillars.

1. NL BIO-LOGISCH theory (NEXT LEVEL)

NL BIO-LOGISCH does not work with calories, isolated "nutrients" or vitamin tables. Instead, it focuses on:

  • Instinctive checking – does a food feel and taste right in its natural state?
  • Digestibility – can the body actually absorb life-energy from it?
  • Burden – does it cause symptoms, stress or long-term damage?

Based on these, foods are grouped into:

Primary foods

e.g. meat, organs, fish, raw milk, eggs — highly digestible, minimal burden, can sustain life on their own

Secondary foods

e.g. juicy fruit flesh and raw honey — digestible and low-burden, but not enough to sustain life alone

Unsuitable foods

e.g. most plant parts (leaves, roots, stems), grains, legumes, many additives and processed products — poorly digestible and/or clearly burdening

Within this framework, fresh animal foods and juicy fruits are seen as species-appropriate for humans.

2. High-quality studies – used critically

I use studies to test real-world claims, not to defend dogmas. Some examples that influence this page:

Hydration: a randomised trial developed a Beverage Hydration Index (BHI) and showed that drinks with bound water, like milk and orange juice, keep significantly more fluid in the body than plain water over several hours (Maughan RJ et al., Am J Clin Nutr. 2016). Classic mammalogy work shows many wild mammals, especially carnivores, meet fluid needs almost entirely from water bound in food.

Honey and natural sugars: an 8-week RCT in diabetics using high daily amounts of natural honey found improvements in body weight, blood lipids and fasting glucose (Bahrami et al., 2009; Chin et al., 2018).

Supplements: reviews on "food synergy" and independent tests (e.g. by Stiftung Warentest) show that isolated supplements rarely deliver clear benefits and can be unnecessary or even risky.

3. Ongoing personal experience

At 50 years young, I can clearly see and feel how my body is thriving on this simple way of eating that I began in 2024.

  • eating and hydrating my body according to these principles
  • testing recipes and variations
  • watching how they affect sleep, mood, digestion, energy and performance

Only what works in theory, studies and my own life survives on this page.

Lions eat meat because they are predators. You eat this cheesecake because you are at the top of the food chain.

* "I encourage you to leave the cake in the oven for a shorter time and instead wait patiently until the next day for it to cool down and mature. I like it when the base doesn't get too dark, ensuring the cake loses as little water as possible. This way, it doesn't dehydrate the body but instead tastes great and provides nourishment. The lower the heat and the shorter the baking time, the less taxing the food is for our bodies and the more energy it will provide!"

What I use in my recipes 🥩🍰

Natural, minimally processed, no industrial sugar

My basic rules for ingredients:

  1. Natural – real foods, not synthetic mixtures.
  2. Unprocessed as far as possible – no chemical modification; mechanical steps like cutting, mincing or pressing are fine.
  3. No industrial sugar – no refined sugar, syrups or artificial sweeteners.

I focus on:

Primary foods:

fresh meat (beef, lamb, pork, poultry), organs, fish, raw milk, eggs

Secondary foods:

juicy fruits (e.g. oranges, grapes, watermelon, certain berries in moderation) and raw honey

I avoid:

  • grains, legumes, seeds and seed-/kernel-derived vegetable oils
  • "fibre" as a health tool – these plant structures are not digestible for humans and can cause symptoms in intervention trials
  • highly processed "health products" full of additives (protein bars, flavored yogurts, functional drinks, etc.)

Sugar-free – but still joyful 🍯🚫🍬

Here, "sugar-free" means:

  • No refined industrial sugar
  • No high-fructose syrups
  • No artificial sweeteners

Refined sugar is one of the most burdening components of modern diets and is strongly linked to metabolic disturbances and tumour dynamics.

Natural sweetness is allowed, mainly from raw honey and whole fruits. Why?

  • In an 8-week randomised trial, diabetics consuming high amounts of natural honey (up to ~180 g/day) improved fasting glucose and blood lipids compared to controls.
  • Other studies show beneficial or neutral effects of honey on blood parameters and cardiovascular risk factors.

There is no randomised trial showing that whole fruits or raw honey, within a reasonable diet, cause liver damage or classic "sugar diseases". The problems clearly arise with industrial, refined sugar instead.

So yes – you will find cakes, desserts and treats – but built from real foods, not lab sugar.

Meat at the centre – without ideology 🥩🧠

From the NL BIO-LOGISCH perspective, humans are facultative carnivores: optimised for animal foods, but able to handle certain non-animal foods in smaller amounts.

What this page is built on:

  • Many traditional peoples (Inuit, Massai, Hadza and others) rely heavily on meat, fat, milk and blood and do not show the typical "diseases of civilization" often blamed on animal foods.
  • A systematic review on meat abstention and mental health shows higher rates of depression and anxiety in people who avoid meat.

In practice, you'll see:

  • meat-based meals (steaks, slow-cooked cuts, tartare, organ dishes),
  • fruits and honey as supporting actors (desserts, side dishes, energy boosts) rather than the main foundation.

Hydration: bound water over blind water-drinking 💧

I do not promote the popular "drink 2–3 liters of water per day" rule.

  • Isolated water (plain water in a glass) is unbound and essentially "energy-empty".
  • Optimal hydration comes from bound water contained in natural foods: meat, organs, fish, raw milk, blood, juicy fruits.

Evidence lines: a randomised human hydration study (BHI); wild mammals relying entirely on water bound in food; and traditional peoples like the Massai and Inuit hydrating via milk, blood and raw meat rather than constant water drinking.

My practical stance:

  • Drink when you are truly thirsty.
  • Prioritise hydration via food (meat, raw milk, fresh juice from fruits).
  • Avoid forcing down large amounts of plain water without a real signal from your body.

No supplements. No vitamin pills. Ever. 💊❌

I do not use or recommend supplements

You will never see me promote protein powders, mineral capsules, herbal blends, "detox" drops or powders, or any other supplement.

Why?

  • A major review on food synergy shows that health benefits come from the whole food, not from isolated compounds in capsules or drinks.
  • Independent testing (e.g. Stiftung Warentest) concludes that many popular supplements – including those for bones and joints – are unnecessary and sometimes risky.

From an NL BIO-LOGISCH perspective, isolated, synthetic substances are not identical to what exists naturally in food, often come with unwanted side effects, and are simply not needed if you eat in a species-appropriate way.

I reject vitamin products completely

I also never recommend vitamin preparations of any kind. Key points:

  • The "vitamin" concept is a theoretical model, not something that has been directly observed and cleanly proven in natural foods.
  • Historical and modern isolation procedures for vitamins often involve corrosive and toxic chemicals (e.g. sulfuric acid, barium hydroxide, silver nitrate, hydrochloric acid, acetone). The final powder is a chemical residue, not a living food substance.
  • Correspondence with major supplement manufacturers shows no randomised controlled trials proving clear clinical benefits of their vitamin products, and admissions that compounds like cholecalciferol ("vitamin D3") are also used as rat poison and are classified as endocrine-disrupting.
  • A Cochrane Review on multinutrient supplementation for breastfeeding women found no solid evidence that such supplementation improves outcomes for mother or baby.

Within NL BIO-LOGISCH, many so-called "deficiency symptoms" are better explained by a lack of digestible life-energy, plus chronic burden from unsuitable, industrial diets.

So on this page and in all my content you will never see vitamin D drops, multivitamin juices, vitamin capsules or booster ampoules. Only real foods.

Raw Milk – Why Health Godfood Care 🥛

Raw, unpasteurised milk is one of the clearest examples of how processing changes food:

  • A randomised controlled trial in The Lancet showed that babies fed raw human milk had clearly fewer health problems than those receiving pasteurised milk or industrial formula.
  • Long-term animal studies (cats, rats) found the same pattern: raw milk supported growth, fertility and vitality, while heated milks led to deformities, reduced fertility and shorter lifespan.

From an NL BIO-LOGISCH perspective, raw milk offers the highest life-energy with the lowest burden, while pasteurisation adds stress to the body without any proven long-term health benefit.

Dental Health – More Than Brushing & Fluoride 🦷

Most people are told that healthy teeth depend mainly on brushing, flossing and fluoride. However, human field data and controlled experiments tell a different story:

  • The dentist Weston A. Price documented traditional children who ate natural, unprocessed foods and had wide jaws and almost no caries, living right next to genetically similar children on modern trade foods with crowded teeth and rampant decay within one generation.
  • In classic diet experiments with Rhesus monkeys and rats, researchers could only produce caries when the animals received processed, sugar-rich diets; on natural diets, no caries developed at all.
  • A systematic review of randomised controlled trials found that personal oral-hygiene measures (brushing, flossing etc.) had no measurable effect on the incidence of dental caries.
  • Cochrane reviews on fluoride mouthrinses and gels report only moderate-quality evidence for benefit, while fluoride exposure clearly increases the risk of dental fluorosis in children.

For Health Godfood, the key message is: Tooth health is primarily a question of nutrition and processing – not of toothbrushes or fluoride.

Info cards 📦

Industrial sugar vs. natural honey

Industrial sugar burdens – natural honey behaves differently. Randomised trials show that natural honey, even in high daily amounts, can improve key metabolic markers in people with diabetes – including fasting glucose and blood lipids. Those problems arise with refined, industrial sugar and heavily processed sweeteners.

Bound water hydrates better

Bound water in real food beats the water bottle. A randomised trial developed a Beverage Hydration Index (BHI) and found that drinks like milk and orange juice keep more fluid in the body than plain water over several hours.

Whole food over supplements

Supplements cannot replace the synergy of whole food. A key review stresses that health effects come from the synergy of entire foods, not from isolated substances in capsules. Independent testing concludes that many supplements are unnecessary at best and sometimes risky.

Vitamin pills – strong promises, weak evidence

Vitamin pills: a belief system, not a proven health strategy. There are no robust randomised controlled trials showing clear clinical benefits of standard vitamin pills. A Cochrane Review found no convincing evidence that such products improve mother or child health outcomes.

Meat and mental health

Meat consumption and mental health. A systematic review found that people who avoid meat tend to have higher rates of depression, anxiety and related issues, while those including meat generally fare better in mental health measures.
