GODFOOD KITCHEN
How to prepare meat, zero-sugar cakes and botanical fruits – simply, with real food only.
What I use in my recipes 🥩🍰
Natural, minimally processed, no industrial sugar
My basic rules for ingredients:
- Natural – real foods, not synthetic mixtures.
- Unprocessed as far as possible – no chemical modification; mechanical steps like cutting, mincing or pressing are fine.
- No industrial sugar – no refined sugar, syrups or artificial sweeteners.
- Free range and, where possible, organic – animal foods come from animals that lived as naturally as possible.
I focus on:
Primary foods:
fresh meat (beef, lamb, pork, poultry), organs, fish, raw milk, eggs
Secondary foods:
juicy fruits (e.g. oranges, grapes, watermelon, certain berries in moderation) and raw honey
I avoid:
- grains, legumes, seeds and seed-/kernel-derived vegetable oils
- "fibre" as a health tool – these plant structures are not digestible for humans and can cause symptoms in intervention trials
- highly processed "health products" full of additives (protein bars, flavoured yoghurts, functional drinks, etc.)
My Godfood plate 🍽️
This is roughly what my own diet looks like – shown as a pie chart:
- 60 % – nearly raw meat from grass-fed ruminants, plus organic eggs
- 25 % – raw organic milk, yoghurt and cheese
- 11 % – botanical fruits, seasonal and local (dates are imported)
- 3 % – flour-based foods
- 1 % – sugar, as an exception
Sweetness comes from honey and fruits.
Meat 🥩
A browned crust, a juicy centre — my way of preparing a T-Bone steak in its own fat.

Feel free to vary the recipes here as they are always tasty no matter what fruits you mix into the basic recipe. Try out and give me your feedback: sin@worth-day.com
* "I encourage you to leave the cake in the oven for a shorter time and instead wait patiently until the next day for it to cool down and mature. I like it when the base doesn't get too dark, ensuring the cake loses as little water as possible. This way, it doesn't dehydrate the body but instead tastes great and provides nourishment. The lower the heat and the shorter the baking time, the less taxing the food is for our bodies and the more energy it will provide!"
