Sin's Blog – Where Story Meets Science

Sin - Founder of WorthDay

Welcome to Sin's Blog – the place where I open my personal logbook and share what actually works in my life, far away from diet wars, productivity theatre and self‑help slogans.

Here you won't find generic tips or recycled advice. Instead, you'll find real routines, experiments and patterns from my own everyday life – from waking up at 5 a.m. and training on the beach with my dog, to eating mostly raw meat and fish, to the way I learn languages and organise deep work. Every post is a snapshot from my Compass & Logbook: what I do, why I do it, and how it feels.

At the same time, this is not just a diary. Behind each story stands the WorthDay Science Hub – a growing collection of experimental studies and trials that we use to build the Elements inside the WorthDay App. Whenever I describe a routine, there is a scientific trail you can follow yourself via the Science Compass. You don't have to believe me; you can check the evidence.

Sin's Blog is not a prescription and not medical advice. It's an invitation:

  • to question the narratives that make you feel guilty or stuck,
  • to see how a former national‑team karate athlete and award‑winning trainer designs his days now,
  • and to use WorthDay as your own Compass & Logbook for health, performance, relationships and work‑life balance.

If a story resonates with you, don't copy it blindly. Explore the science, test small changes in your own life, and log what happens.

Compass and Logbook

Because in the end, your journey will only reach its destination with a compass and a logbook.
